Mandarin ducks spend their winters in Ningbo, flying over from the north each year in late autumn and departing in late March to breed in the north. At many lakes and reservoirs in Ningbo, you will find flocks of wintering mandarin ducks. They are at Ningbo's Dongqian Lake, Sunhu Lake (Jiangbei District), and Waipailou Reservoir (Longguan Township, Haishu District). This video was shot at Sunhu Lake and Waipailou Reservoir.
